He is otherwise known as Bill W, Co founder of Alcoholics Anonymous, the 12 steps, and Co Author of the Big Book. AA is the fellowship and structure that aids over two million members with sobriety in over 115 countries and is the cornerstone of treating alcoholism and addiction.
